Health Checks

We love the NHS, and the work they do, but we know they can't do everything all the time. We absolutely encourage people to go for their free 5 year health checks after 40, however for those under 40 or in between 5 year checks we provide a great service. Our health checks look to compliment the over 40s health check system by providing more regular check ups for people of all ages as well as some additional measures. This may help you catch issues early and get the help you need before problems develop. See below what we provide as standard.

NHS Over 40s Health Check

Height, Weight, Waist circumference, Blood Pressure Check, Blood Cholesterol, lifestyle questionnaire. * According to NHS.uk

Must attend your GP surgery or other NHS venue

Available free on the NHS once every 5 years between the ages of 40 and 74
